The protected animals were found disfigured at a lodge in South Africa after the suspects seemingly cut through fences to gain access.

These appalling pictures show the barbaric way in which the big cats were slaughtered at the Letaba River Lodge in Tzaneen.
No arrests have been made so far as police inquiries continue.
Park owner Andre de Lange actually told reporters he thought it was an inside job.

He added that he assumed the heads and feet were removed to be used in ‘witchcraft potions’.
